The benefit in wireless weight data transmission is reduction in repair and maintenance costs and reliability in your mobile weighing systems. The Wireless Weighing System is particularly suitable for ladle turret, ladle transfer car, ladle ferry, scrap car and other mobile systems in steel plants.

The weight data flexible cable connection is problematic in steel plant environment, in many aspects:

1. It can burn because of slag splashes
2. It can be damaged mechanically by the steel plant environment
3. It can break due to its continuous movement
4. The data transmission close to the motor power cable can cause EMC interference in the weight data

The solution is used if an intervisibility between transmitter and receiver is possible. The HT-9800 Wireless Weighing System consists of the HT-9800 Wireless Weighing Transmitter and HT-9800 Wireless Weighing Controller. The system will transmit weight data from the load cells to the ground control room in the tough industrial environment. The HT-9800 Wireless Weighing Transmitter is responsible for collecting weight data from the load cells and transmitting by wireless to the HT-9800 Wireless Weighing Controller in the control room. The HT-9800 Wireless Weighing Controller processes the weight data, displays the same and transfers to PLC / Large Display by suitable interface ports. The system adopts the poll mode for wireless data collection. First the Wireless Weighing Controller gives the command to the Wireless Weighing Transmitter for receiving weight data and then the Signal Transmitter transfers the data to the Weighing Controller. All transferred data use checkout mode, to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the data.
